Who we are and what sits on our shelves

We are PATIKIL, and we make craft supplies, office accessories and small workshop parts — a working supply room rather than one narrow line. Beads, waxed cord and craft wire on one shelf. Pen holders, lanyards and letter trays on the next. Washers, hose fittings, sealant and cutting tools further along. The common thread is size: small parts, in counts that suit one job.

Supplies for the jewelry bench

Our jewelry making supplies are what most customers find us by. Porcelain, glass, acrylic and metal spacer beads come in 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, beside the beading wire, waxed cotton cord and elastic that match those bead holes. Silver and gold plated findings — clasps, jump rings, head pins — are sold in counts of 20, 50 and 100. To start: beads, a cord or wire that fits the hole, a clasp, a crimp, one pair of pliers.

Supplies for the desk and the office

Desk organisers, drawer dividers and a pen holder with a weighted base keep a working surface usable. Lanyards, badge reels and a card holder keep a pass within reach. Door signs, paper labels, ink pads and self-inking stamps mark a room so nobody has to ask. Light, paper, cable and air share one small surface; these accessories are meant to settle that argument quietly.

How we size, pack and protect what we send

Each item carries the measurement that matters: bead diameter and hole size, cord thickness in millimetres, wire gauge, inner and outer diameter for a washer. Counts sit in the title, not buried. Small parts travel in resealable bags inside the box, sharp items get a sleeve, and anything that can rub gets a divider. We would rather over-pack than replace.

Designs change, the parts should not fight you

A clasp should open with cold fingers; a bead hole should take the cord it is sold beside. That is the whole of our quality craftsmanship, and it is why our designs look plainer than the competition's. Satisfaction here means a part that disappears into the thing you made and stays there — not a promise we dress up by guaranteeing a date we do not control.
